? What do you charge for screen printing?

   Screen printing charges are based on the the number of color changes, the volume and type of items to be printed. Each order is individually quoted. Minimum order is 24 items.

? What charges are involved with custom embroidery?

    Digitizing of your individual logo or design. A one time expense.

    Then the cost of sewing the embroidery on products of your choice.

 ?  What is Digitizing?

      Converting a picture or logo to an embroidery software file. This is an art software process performed by our digitizing staff. A one time charge.

 ? My logo is already digitized, can we use it?

 Yes, Absolutely. If your design is digitized as an embroidery file we can accept it in the following formats. Please send as an attachment to the email.

        .dst, .ofm .cnd. exp .fdr .fmc  .zsk  .pes

.sew  .jef  .pcs  .pcm  .csd  .hus 

 ?  Why does the same design in different sizes cost more to digitize?

           A digitized design contains the stitch instructions for the sew out of the design.  The larger and/or more detailed the design the more complex the programming. THE GOOD NEWS: Its a one time charge!!

?  Can I change colors in a design?

        Any design shown as a single color or with simple color combinations can be color changed for FREE!

       The cat and mouse are 3 colors. Color change is easy and free. The pheasant is 12 colors and due to the complexity any changes would be an additional charge.

? Can I put it in the washing machine?

      Frog Hollow uses 100% polyester thread.  We recommend washing in cold water and line drying.

? What is your return policy on Custom items?

    Customized items are non-refundable for items previously approved by the client.  The item, the number of items, the color, the size, the deign, the location of the design. 

    Frog Hollow will refund your money or replace the item, if the item number of items, color, size, design or location as specified by the client is incorrect.
